PETSELECT collaborates with the Centre for Industrial Technological Development

This collaboration has been carried out through the R&D Projects instrument.

PETSELECT is collaborating with CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) in a project for the Promotion of the Bioeconomy, backed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.

This collaboration has been carried out through the R+D Projects instrument, with the aim of promoting the use of bycatch in the production of high added-value dietary food for dogs and cats.

This project forms part of one of PetSelect’s sustainability pillars as defined in our value proposition, the Circular Economy, and more specifically in our Bycatch programme. Through this we aim to promote the production of wet pet food with high nutritional value and a lower environmental impact, reducing the carbon footprint as much as possible.
