PetSelect and Cogami join forces to promote workplace inclusion

At PetSelect, sustainability is not only reflected in our products but also in our social commitment. In line with this vision, we have signed a collaboration agreement with Cogami (Galician Confederation of People with Disabilities) to promote the employability of people with disabilities in the Barbanza region.

Our General Manager, Luis Ramón Martínez, and Cogami’s Vice President, Ramón Sestayo, have reaffirmed their commitment to workplace inclusion by establishing a strategic alliance aimed at removing barriers to employment and creating real opportunities for professional development.

As part of Seanergy 360, the sustainability division of Jealsa, PetSelect is deeply committed to social responsibility. We believe that diversity in the workplace is essential to building a stronger and more equitable business environment.

For over 35 years, Cogami has been working to promote the rights of people with disabilities, facilitating their access to employment, and strengthening social associations in Galicia. Thanks to this agreement, we will drive joint initiatives to reduce unemployment levels and create a positive impact in the sector.

PetSelect now joins 246 other companies in Barbanza that have already been contacted by Cogami to encourage the hiring of professionals with disabilities.
