New certifications, new markets: continuing our growth with Spain´s Recovery, Transformation & Resilience Plan (PRTR)

At PetSelect, we remain committed to delivering products of internationally recognised quality. We have received official confirmation of a grant under the 2025 International Certification Programme, part of Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), a national initiative funded by the European Union through theNextGenerationEU programme and managed by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

This support is designed to boost the international presence of Spanish-certified products, helping companies meet the rigorous requirements of export markets through compliance, quality, and traceability.

In our case, the grant recognises the efforts and investments made to obtain certification in strategic markets such as the Russian Federation, the United States, and China, following significant work on analytical testing and regulatory processes. We are currently working to meet new import conditions in South Korea, where requirements for European products are becoming increasingly strict.

At the same time, we are also advancing registration processes in Mexico, Ecuador, and Taiwan, in close collaboration with local clients. These efforts include both brand registration and approval of our manufacturing plant, allowing us to bring natural, safe pet food to more markets across the globe.

This support not only provides financial boost, but also recognition of our commitment to internationalisation, operational excellence, and global quality standards, aligned with our long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
